- Brush your teeth/use mouthwash when you're hungry. The minty taste will ruin the taste of the food and make it unappetising
- Snap a rubber band against your wrist when you're hungry - soon you will associate hunger with pain
- Paint your nails when you're hungry, or apply lip-gloss - anything you don't want to smudge
- Do something gross - clean out the cats litter tray, ect. which will ruin your appetite
- Pinch your fat or look in a mirror to remind yourself why you're doing this
- Practise a musical instrument/draw something/write something
- Take a nap
- Have a shower
- Chew ice cubes/gum
- Masturbate!
